Q: Will I have to pay for my new or repaired glass, myself?

Q: What if I only have liability coverage?
A: Because liability insurance only provides coverage for damages to another vehicle, auto glass services are not covered under your liability policy.

Q: Will filing a glass claims on my insurance cause my rates to go up?

Auto Glass Respose Team Windshield Replacement FAQ

Q: Should I REPAIR or REPLACE my windshield?
A:
Most insurance carriers agree that if the damage to your windshield is greater than the size of a half-dollar, or if the damage is located in the drivers line of sight’ – replacement is often the only solution.

Q: How long will my repair or replacement take?
A:
In many cases, windshield repairs can be completed in 30 minutes or less. Windshield replacements will often take 60 minutes or less, however, we recommend that you do not drive the vehicle for at least (2) hours after service is completed to allow the urethane to cure.

Q: What if the difference between OEM and OEE glass?
A:
We install Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) glass or OEM-Equivalent (OEE) auto glass parts. This means that it is essentially the same piece of glass that was installed at the time your vehicle was made, with the only difference being the windshield manufacturer.

Q: How soon can the job be completed?
A:
In many cases, we can get you scheduled for service to be completed the very next day. In case of vandalism, or other emergency, we will do our best to serviced same day.
